RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase it can be exchanged or refunded
You have 14 days to return the goods (starting from the delivery date)
Refunds will be to the card number used to purchase the item
Refunds will be for item cost only
The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the return
Items should be returned directly back to the supplier, (suppliers may be located in different regions)
HOW TO RETURN YOUR GOODS
Your return must include your original copy of the Delivery Note, with the reason for the return or exchange.
Please contact us @: to arrange the return or exchange. If you cannot locate the original Delivery Note or Order details, then please contact us @: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Returns must be UNUSED with ORIGINAL TAGS attached and in the ORIGINAL packaging (where applicable) and in a resealable condition. This is the only way a refund or arrange an exchange can be issued.
It is usually the case you can re-use the packaging the order came in to send goods back to us. For boards and similar products, please ensure (if possible) you use the original reinforcement material contained in the packaging to minimise potential damage.
All returned goods remain your responsibility until they reach us. We advise you to use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery.
Please follow the below steps to complete a return:
1. Contact Board Explore customer service to request a return
2. Board Explore customer service confirms correct return address
3. Customer sends product back to supplier within 14 days
4. Supplier receives product in good condition
5. Refund is issued to the customer

Items may be shipped by Board Explore or direct from the supplier. Suppliers can be located globally and delivery times will be dependent on the supplier
